From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"Including in Oboznivs'kyi village council. It was confirmed at February, 1998. The rectangular panel with sides ratio as 1:1 is divided on the three horizontal strips - dark blue, red and white. On the blue strip is white flying skylark. The stripes ratio is 2:1:2."

"It was confirmed at February, 1998. The shield per fess by azure and argent. In the first part an argent flying skylark. In the second part an azure semi-inverted scoop with flowing metal."
