"It was confirmed in March, 28th, 2000 by the decision of VIII Verkhniy Luzhok village council session of XXIII convocation. Square panel is divided in fir tree horizontally and by equal section vertically on four fields. Top from staff (with yellow episcopal mitre on the crossed yellow crozier and cross) and free bottom fields are green, the others are yellow."

"It was confirmed in March, 28th, 2000 by the decision of VIII village council session of XXIII convocation. Vert; or episcopal mitre on the crossed or crozier and cross. The chief is separated per fess in fir tree by vert and or. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is A.Grechylo.
Mitre, crozier and cross were on the village stamp in XIX century and pointed to belonging the part of village to church. Vert and fir tree mean woods, or means agriculture.
