"In April 15, 1994 the session of the town council approved
the gonfalon: a rectangular canvas with a ratio of the sides:
1:1. The width of a top part is 1/5 of width of the gonfalon.
It's yellow. The bottom part (4/5 of width) is dark blue. In the
bottom part there is yellow letter "M" with the cross,
which is in it."
