"It was confirmed by rural council at January, 28, 1998. A square yellow panel; on a dark blue background is yellow snipe in flight, below the flag has a horizontal green strip (width in 1/5 sides of a flag). The authors are A.Grechylo, Yu.Terlets'kyi.

The Village

"For the first time it is mentioned since 1629 when prince Al'breht Radzyvil has received a significant part of Stepan' district and has based city of Kazymyriv, having named it in honour over a Kazymyr, cartridge prince of Rich Pospolyta. The modern name carries since 1946."
