The flag contains a simple double ring seal in light gray with the name of the city written within the double rings both above and beneath the image in the center of the seal. The image itself consists of a stagecoach proceeding from right to left. The date of incorporation, 1911, is written beneath the stagecoach.

According to Mr Steve Adams, Executive Assistant to the Mayor pro tem, since the logo was in a rectangular format anyway, the city council simply lengthened the top and bottom of the rectangle in order to make it look like a traditional
flag, with the coloring, lettering, and general design remaining the same. The border with the rounded edges (one might almost call them scalloped) is part of the actual flag.
