Flag Description

The flag of Torrance is blue, with a street map, two yachts to the west, a liner (or maybe fishing boat?) to the southeast, a copyright symbol, dated 1984 below the ship, an airplane flying over the northwestern coastline. The blue map on a white disk contains a white area that is the city of Torrance.
