Description of the flag

The flag of the Town of Borden, Indiana, can be found at http://www.wcrtc.com/~jimcobi/bordenin/BordenIN.htm. It is a red flag with two narrow white stripes near the top and bottom. On top are three torches (see the state flag) and overlying the center torch the town seal.
