From www.tiptontel.com, I stretched and skewed this photo of an encased, framed flag to make this image. A white over light blue diagonal (from top hoist to bottom fly) with a large emblem on its center, consisting of a US eagle coat of arms (with breast escutcheon and scroll) in front of a clock tower, behind whose top floor a scroll is showing "TIPTON" (hoist side) and "INDIANA" (fly side).
