Description of the flag

A horizontally divided flag with dark blue over light blue.  A simplified town seal is placed in a white oval over the color join near the hoist. The seal shows a river scene in a garland and ribbon. Toward the fly are the town name and date in large letters. Easthampton is in Hampshire County.
