Description of the flag

The white flag with a central seal bordered wavy yellow, white ring, containing the town and state names and date of incorporation in red, and a central illustration showing a brownish green map, the motto THE HUNDREDTH TOWN, a clock tower and a piece of machinery. Westborough is in Worcester County.
