Description of the flag

The town of Webster is located in Worcester County, Massachusetts. The whole flag is a map of Lake Chaubunagungamaug. The lake is about a mile east of the city. Actually, the flag claims it is Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg - no doubt abbreviated to Lake Chaubunagungamaug for every-day use. In case the much reduced image doesn't make it clear, the two men below are named Samuel Slater (toward the hoist) and Nipmuc Indian (toward the hoist). The upper man is not named - might he be Webster??
