A blue field with the county seal centered. The seal consists of three
divisions, blue with a white dove, red with a scales and white with a gold G,
surrounded by a gold ring with county name. Seen flag on pole outside County
Courthouse and County Administration building. I remember reading an article a
while back regarding the flag as the scale in the seal imposed on the red
background was not specified as to whether or not it is level.
