The New York City Syracuse Alumni center flies an orange flag with the university's seal in blue-on-orange. Given that it is flying from an official university facility and has the official seal of the institution, I suspect that this is *the* official flag of SU, but with all the caveats that I and others have recently posted about US college flags I'm not about to swear to it.
