Description of the flag

The flag is Ohio-esque--a trapezoidal swallow-tailed pennant of 3 stripes: red, white and black, with inscriptions ANDOVER VILLAGE, ESTABLISHED 1863 and OHIO, respectively. At the hoist, a white triangle with a black-outlined star and village borders.
