Description of the flag

A red-white-blue horizontal tricolor, with a light blue state map slightly overlapping the red and blue stripes, the location being marked by a blue mark in a white county outline. On the red stripe is written "New Lexington,", over the map is written "Ohio" and on the blue stripe is a red-white-blue ribbon stating "BICENTENNIAL" and below that a line with 1803, a red Ohio outline, and 2003.
