A green flag, yellow sun, below written in white Powell and the date of
establishment. I visited their City Hall and the only flag they had was the one
flying, so I took several photos--the attached is the best one, and though not
ideal, does show all the flag's elements.

This is a green flag with a distinctive yellow sun, thickly drawn in black
lines as in the town's logo, above the inscription "Powell", set in large slab
serif letters, in turn above a much smaller "Settled in 1813", set in sans serif
letters, both inscriptions white.

A lying ellipse filled with a landscape depicted in thick black strokes
surrounding colored areas showing a yellow road ahead between green rolling
hills under a blue sky with some fluffy white clouds; over all the the
inscription "Powell", set in large slab serif white letters, and on a black
elongated ellipse on the road the inscription "Settled in 1813", set in sans
