This is a very dark blue (Old Glory blue) disc with a wide white ring, itself
bordered by a narrow edge of the same shade of blue. Centered on the bottom part
of the ring, the lettering "Lakeland Tennessee" set in narrow sans-serif dark
red capitals. On the disc, a stylized two-sail ship below a twig of fir (?)
dexter, and a cotton "flower" sinister.
