Description of the flag

A white flag with a large black(?) ring, containing the words AK-CHIN INDIAN COMMUNITY and ARIZONA. The inner white disk contains several overlapping elements including a red sunrise, black lightning bolts, black scales and a black arrow. Inside the disk are the mottos "EQUALITY FOR ALL" and "FOR A BRIGHTER TOMORROW" and the date 1961.
