According to Luis Alberto Perozo Padua, "El
Impulso Digital", 8 December 2006, Agua Viva will soon
adopt a flag and a coat of arms.
Aqua Viva is a parish ("parroquia") in the municipality
("municipio) of Palvecino (Lara State). The design of
symbols for the parish is part of a development project promoted
by Pr. José Luis Sotillo, Chronicler of the parish. The contest
will be held within a few months. The committee in charge of the
evaluation of the proposals will be presided by Pr. Benjamín
Terán, Director of the Ateneo of Cabudare (the capital of the
municipality), who has an extended experience in cultural
thematics.
