According to Carr's Flags of the World (1961) [car61],
"The flag of the Sultanate of Lahej consists of a field divided vertically,
red (at the hoist) and white; the former is charged with two daggers in
saltire and a spear, in white. H.H. the Sultan used a similar flag as his
Standard and the Armed Forces a red flag with the two daggers in saltire,
in the centre thereof."

from Carr, Flags of the World[car61]
There are some differences in the design of the lance and daggers
between Carr's version and the one shown above.
